Sponsorship and Advertising Opportunities

We invite companies and organizations to sponsor a monthly chapter meeting, advertise on the chapter web site, donate a gift to be given away at a meeting and more.
IABC/Atlanta is a local chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators, headquartered in San Francisco, California. We represent approximately 300 professional communicators in the metropolitan Atlanta area. Our members include public relations and communication professionals from Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, communication agencies, nonprofit organizations, government agencies as well as freelance writers and consultants. All have a commitment to continue professional development and a desire to network with other communicators.

MEETING SPONSOR
$200 for members/$250 for non-members
Want the opportunity to speak directly with IABC/Atlanta members? Sponsor a monthly chapter meeting for just $200 for members or $250 for non-members. As the official meeting sponsor, you'll receive the following benefits:
- Lobby signage designed by IABC/Atlanta
- Banner ad on the IABC/Atlanta Website
- Ability to give 2-minute welcome commercial at meeting
- Table at meeting for handouts (or may put handouts at place settings)
- Three complimentary lunches to use at the sponsored meeting or any time within 12 months
- $25 item to be raffled in your company's name at the meeting

Advertising Opportunities:
Banner Ad (468 x 60 pixels)
Promote your organization with a banner ad that will appear on our chapter's web site for 30 days. The sponsoring organization must provide the banner ad (gif or jpg format).
- Members: $150 for a one month run
- Non-Members: $200 for a one month run
Career Connections
IABC/Atlanta offers a career section on its web site featuring job openings and professionals available ads. These ads initially run for 30 days. The ads may be extended for up to six months at no additional charge.
- Job Opening Ad (200 word limit)
- Members: $100 for a one - six month run
- Non-Members: $150 for a one - six month run
- Professional Available Ad (50 word limit):
- Members: No charge for a one - six month run
- Non-Members: $25 for a one - six month run
- Internship Opening Ad (200 word limit)
- Members: $35 for a one - six month run
- Non-Members: $50 for a one - six month run
empart Magazine
IABC/Atlanta's member magazine, empart, is published quarterly.
- 1/4 page ad (2" wide by 3" high)
- Members: $90 for one issue
- Non-members: $100 for one issue
- 1/2 page ad (5" wide x 3" high)
- Members: $150 for one issue
- Non-members: $160 for one issue
- Full page ad (5" wide x 6.5" high)
- Members: $300 for one issue
- Non-members: $320 for one issue
Advertisers who purchase multiple ads in advance and pay in advance will receive a 5% discount for a 3-issue run or a 10% discount for a 6-issue run.
Golden Flame and Catalyst Awards Program
Advertise in IABC/Atlanta's yearly Golden Flame and Catalyst Awards Program and reach communications professionals throughout the metro area. The program is distributed at the awards dinner.

Meeting Giveaways
Donate a $25-$75 gift to be given away at IABC/Atlanta luncheons to gain exposure for your organization. You will receive recognition of your donation at the luncheon drawing and on our website during the month of your giveaway.
