Senior Vice President- Employee Engagement Practice Leader: Manning Selvage & Lee
Manning Selvage & Lee (MS&L) seeks a senior vice president to lead the Atlanta Employee Engagement practice. MS&L engages and educates clients' employees around the business, brand and change:
- Business - Establish clear line of sight between employees' jobs and the company's business objectives by influencing employees' attitudes and behaviors
- Brand - Cultivate brand ambassadors by increasing understanding of the brand position and delivery of the brand promise
- Change - Foster awareness, understanding and acceptance of organizational change initiatives among internal audiences

Qualifications:
- 15+ years in an agency or corporate communications position
- Bachelor's degree, with concentration in marketing, business, public relations or communications
- Proven sales results
- Strong leader who effectively motivates high performance teams
- Brand experience - involved with brand decisions
- Corporate change communications experience -- previous work with corporate change management, e.g. mergers, acquisitions, management restructurings, etc.
- Strong communicator
- Excellent skills in writing, editing marketing communications materials, solid verbal and oral presentation skills, confident with senior audiences
- Vigilant about details -- general understanding of print production, as well as experience with each phase of the production process a plus, knows the power of strong project management skills and the proper use of timelines
